Shipping & Delivery


At Wishful Stitching, we understand that you would like to receive your products as soon as possible, and in a manner that protects your purchases. While we will always do our very best to ship to all addresses within Australia, some products may not be deliverable to some locations, or are prohibited from shipping with Sendle - Click HERE for Info. In most instances we will choose to ship with Sendle, which means that we can not ship to PO Boxes. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, please Contact US and we will strive to work with you to find a solution.

We will take every reasonable care to package your product so that it arrives safely to you, and by using Sendle, your goods are protected against loss up to the value of $300. If your order is greater than this value, we will contact you prior to shipping to offer you extra insurance by Sendle, with some extra shipping to be paid - we will quote this to you.

Wishful Stitching will always strive to fill your order in a timely fashion. On occasion, our actual inventory may not match our online records and we may find ourselves unable to fill your order immediately. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss an alternative: a substitution, a refund, or to establish if you are happy to wait for your product to arrive in store.

Typically, when an item is listed to buy as "Order Today for 10 Business-Day Delivery" the order will arrive to us within enough time to meet this time-frame, however delivery from the supplier is beyond our control and may, on occasion, force us out of this delivery window. In this instance, you are entitled to cancel your order for a refund, if we have not shipped it to you already.
